Bach Flower Cerato / Plumbago helps if you have difficulty asserting your beliefs, if you too often need the opinion of others to make a decision. Cerato allows you to regain confidence in yourself, to better listen to your intuitions, to regain your analytical skills.

Organic* Demeter** cognac, preparation of spring water with organic* Bach Flower according to the original method (Cerato / Ceratostigma willmottiana) at 1/240th.

3 to 4 DROPS under the tongue or in a glass of water.
4X/DAY For 1 to 4 weeks.
If necessary, 1 dose every 1/4 hour.
