Réception fleurs de Bach

Après avoir réceptionné mes 4 flacons de fleurs de Bach dont je me sert pour mon cabinet de magnétiseur, kinesiologue, j'ai eu la désagréable surprise d'avoir un flacon complètement cassé.
Cela fait 3 semaines et j'attends toujours d'avoir un réponse pour un éventuel remboursement.

Mais à part ça, les autres commandes étaient parfaite 🙂
