Shake before use then press on the tube to bring the gel into contact with the massage beads.
Apply to the affected area with the desired pressure and make circular movements to maximize the effect of the beads until the gel is completely penetrated.
Up to 3 times applications per day, for a maximum of one month.

Fill your bathtub with hot water, at a temperature comfortable for you. Add a few drops of Peppermint Essential Oil for an added calming effect. Immerse yourself in the bath and relax for 20 to 30 minutes. After bathing, rinse briefly with lukewarm water and wrap yourself in a warm towel to prolong the effect of the heat.
