To guarantee optimal follow-up, only send us incidents related to product quality (for example odor or color defects, etc.). This form is not intended for commercial complaints (damaged packaging, order errors, pricing, etc.) which must be handled directly with your reseller/intermediary and which will not be responded to via this form.
